Thank you for selecting Play Store Testers for your app testing requirements. We recognize that circumstances may arise necessitating a refund. Please take a moment to carefully review our refund policy provided below.
Eligibility for Refund:
- Completion of Testing within 20 Days:
- Users reserve the right to request a refund if the app testing process on the Google Play Store isn’t finalized within 20 days from the date of purchase.
- User Initiated Cancellation:
- Refund requests for voluntarily cancelled tests are entertained only if submitted within the initial 20-day period.
- No refunds will be processed for cancellations made post the 20-day period.
Refund Procedure:
- Submission of Request:
- To initiate a refund, users must submit a refund request via our official website within the 20-day time frame.
- Verification:
- We’ll validate the status of test completion or the cancellation date to ascertain refund eligibility.
- Approval of Refund:
- If the request aligns with the eligibility criteria, we’ll approve the refund, and the amount will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
- Non-Eligibility:
- Refund requests for cancellations made beyond the 20-day period won’t be entertained.
Exceptions:
- Technical Glitches:
- Instances of technical glitches or unforeseen events hindering test completion within the 20-day period may warrant exceptions, subject to individual evaluation.
- Misuse:
- Refunds won’t be granted for misuse of the testing process or violation of our terms of service.
